Growing Taller .
01 . E A T N U T R I E N T S // V I T A M I N S
Make sure you get lots of calcium . You get this from drinking a lot of milk . You get proteins from foods like meat and eggs . So eat regular foods . Not some Mcdonalds french-fries . Eat apples , grapes,oranges ,bananas , mangos .
02 . G E T L O T S O F R E S T // S L E E P
If your staying up til 4;00 am in the morning , your not going to grow right . Get atleast 8 1 / 2 - 11 hours of sleep every night . You can only grow in your sleep .
03 . H A V E G R E A T P O S T U R E
Stop hunching over people . Instead if your sitting down right now sit up straight . Posture makes perfect .
04 . E X E R C I S E E V E R Y D A Y
Some kind of exercise . Play sports . Get active . Get up and touch your toes . Strecth your ankles . Roll them . Reach up to the ceiling .
05 . S T R E T C H
Stretching might just make you a little bit taller . So do it everyday .
06 . C A L C U L A T E
You may not grow to be 5'10 . Because it could or couldn't run in your room . So calculate .

If your really short , short hair can drown shorter girls , making them look smaller . Or you can also put your hair up .

Now come , on everyone knows heels make you look taller . They also flatter you !

Wear bottoms that show off your legs . The short the longer legs look and seem .
